1 week - time flies!
Stats:Weight: 6 lb. 4.5 oz.
Height: 20 in.
This week was life changing for us... we've learned that Riggs has his days and nights mixed up and will not sleep in his moses basket, breast feeding is the biggest job/time commitment I've EVER done and sleep is a luxury. Oh and I broke my tailbone. Awesome. On the other hand, what did we do without him!! He's a doll, even if he is ours :) We are very blessed that he is a healthy, happy boy most of the time!
Watson worked a few days while my parents were still in town because after all there's only so much other people can do when I'm the one who can feed. Having a child is a HUGE adjustment! I'm used to being on the road every day working out of my car. I don't think I left the house for days and I mean days. Wait, I did walk to the mailbox a couple of times and went to his first Dr. appointment. Ha - the simple things!
We had newborn pictures made this week as well. A few turned out but for the most part, he just wasn't cooperative. How do people get those sweet photos with their babies hands/head propped? Never mind changing clothes... all while they're sleeping? This guy wasn't having it!
Some "Firsts"...
Mom gave him first sponge bath.
Trip to the Dr
Riding in car seat on the way to Dr.
Waiting at the Doctor's office
Clothes are HUGE on this little guy! 0-3 is a joke! Bring on the Newborn sizes
Snuggle time with Daddy
Love, love this sweet face!!
After bath time - it's the best pic I could get

Riggs is just precious! I love his sweet face and his hair is just too cute. Reading this update was so much fun! :)
