36 weeks

36 weeks
28 days to go!
Ever felt like a ticking time bomb?  I do.  With all of the pre-term labor signs and symptoms I've had over the past 3 weeks, I'm grateful that Riggs has decided to make himself at home a little longer!  I've made it to the milestone my Dr. wanted me to make - 36 weeks.  My personal "goal" is full-term at 37 weeks, or longer of course. Every day from here on is truly a blessing!

Total weight gain? ? Weigh-in is T-4 weeks
Size of baby:  about 6 lbs.
Maternity clothes?  yes
Stretch marks?  not that I can see but really, that's not saying much
Sleep? at this point sleep is a luxury
Best moment of the past few weeks?  Random people smiling at me.  The population must love pregnant people, or they feel sorry for us.  Maybe it's a sympathy smile...Ha!
Also, Mom came up to visit and to attend one of our showers a couple of weekends ago.  She was a lot of help to Watson, doing things I can't do at the moment, such as planting flowers and trimming.  Shopping, with me, for some last minute items were accomplished too! THANKS Mom!
And finally.... we got to put our toes in the sand last weekend!  Soooo nice to get away and relax even if it was only for a few days.
Miss anything?  everything!!  I can't wait to wear regular clothes, run, have regular coffee, a cold sandwich, glass of wine, to sleep on my back and stomach - just to name a few.
Movement?  For sure
Food cravings?  I. love. food.
Anything make you queasy or sick? the thought of labor.  Haha!
Symptoms:  where to start??  mild hand swelling, cramping, Braxton-Hicks, leg cramps, bladder/pelvic pressure - 3rd trimester has been my hardest by far!
Gender prediction? He's still a boy
Belly button, in or out? in
Wedding rings, on or off? depends on the day
Happy or Moody?  excited, anxious, nervous, relief that I've made it this far, restless
Looking forward to?  Greeneville Friends shower this weekend and of course meeting our little guy and becoming a family of 3!
Nursery progress:

missing a lamp shade and a couple of wall hangings

doesn't look organized but it is!
For the most part, everything is complete!!  Just ready to fill this up!
